Quality Reefer Parts takes pride in the products we sell and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return Policy

If you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return unused products within 30 days from the shipping date. 

The freight for returns must be paid in advance. The item must be in the original box with no damage and must not show any indication that the item has been installed. 


All shipments are insured at the customers expense and included in the shipping and handling charges. If insurance coverage is not wanted, a signed statement waiving the insurance must be signed and sent in advance of the shipment. Shipping time in transit is advertised by the courier and is not controlled by Quality Reefer Parts. 

Damaged Goods

We advise customers to carefully inspect their parts for damage and missing items before the transportation receipt is signed. Any damage or missing items/parts should be noted on the transportation receipt and signed by the driver. 


Please file a claim with the transportation company as soon as possible.
